how do you animate icons?

I hate questions I can't answer ^.~ I'm using Ulead PhotoImpact 7... and for the animated icons I'm using The Ulead Gif Animator... and there you just have to put the picture in the right size with PI7, safe the file as an .gif, open it up again with the Gif Animator and then you have to create an banner text... sometimes (that's the way I do it often ^^) you have to check out every button ^^'''''

Als ich damit angefangen habe, habe ich meist die Nacht zum Tag werden lassen und verstehs immer noch nicht so... mitlerweile mach ich über paint ein 100*100 icon mit schwarzen hintergrund und speicher das dann als gif ab ^^ Bannertext hinterhr einfügen ist gleicht und darüber wird dass ja dann animiert
