it´s an old viking weather station and means:
Stone dry - Sun
Stone wet - Rain
Stone invisible - Mist
stone white - Snow
Stone black - Volcanic eruption
Stone moves - Storm
Stone on the ground - Earthquake
Stone in the water - Storm tide
Stone twice - Alcohol
In Solingen we have something like that. The last line says: Stone Gone - Robbery
